Kuwait Investment Company has, on Tuesday 31/10/2017 at the Company's Headquarters, honored its employees who participated in the training session, which includes the "E-learning system" during which everything new in this system and its relationship to the job competencies system in the company has been explained.
The meeting comes in execution of the Kuwait Investment Company's strategy, which provides to ensure the provision of training for all employees, and as the Company is keen to create a management culture motivating them, which positively reflects on the company's performance.
The winning standards for employees, departments and new comers' employees were according to the following:
1- Number of programs completed according to the Job Competencies System.
2- Application of ideas learned from programs and their positive impact on the employee's work performance or personality.
3- Best team at department level.
The meeting was divided into four segments of the company's employees, and the winners were honored as follows:
