Responsible for providing
administrative support and performing multiple duties, including scheduling,
writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and
answering questions / requests for the respective Kuwait Investment Company
(KIC) departments.
|
الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
|
- Prepare and distribute various documents such as: letters, memos, correspondence, agendas, notes, etc.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible. Directing the calls to the appropriate employee in the department to manage work efficiency.
- Handle special tasks assigned by the direct manager to ensure they are completed on time and at the right quality.
- Operate and maintain office stationery and equipment (printer, shredders, scanners, etc.)
- Arrange and manage travel plans for the direct manager and department members in coordination with Administrative affairs Office as requested providing detailed itinerary reflecting appointments, names, contact details, addresses, locations as well as documents for all travel related meetings.
- Demonstrate willingness to ensure successful inter-departmental relationships between the staff.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by management.
